Selection Process
Cold Chain Technician (CCT)
- Written Test [MCQ]- 70 marks
- Viva-voice Test- 30 marks
- All the eligible applicants, fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per the Advertisement, shall be called for Written Test [MCQ].A list of candidates securing 50% and more marks in Written Test shall be prepared and called for viva-voice. The final merit list of the candidates shall be prepared by adding the marks secured in both Written Test and Viva-voice Test. The candidates securing 50% and more marks in final panel merit list shall be kept in the panel with the validity of L year from the date of its approval.
Dental Technician-DEIC
- Walk-in-interview- 100 marks.
MO UPHG
- Walk-in-interview- 100 marks. The committee will select the successful candidate by way of Walk-in-interview. The list should be valid for one year from the date of approval of the panel.
How to Apply
For Cold Chain Technician– Interested candidates should fill in the application form and attached the required documents and sent it to the Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer, At/Po- Paralakhemundi, Gajapati, 761200 on or before 02/09/2023 by 05.00 PM through Registered Post/ Speed Post/ Courier only and the envelope containing the application should be supebcribed with the name of the post applied for.
For Dental Technician-DEIC, and Medical Officer-UPHC– the candidates are requested to Register their name from 10.00 AM to 11.30 AM to attend the Walk-in-interview at the District Training Unit (DTU), O/0. CDM&PHO, Gajapati as per the schedule dates mentioned above.
