Eligibility Criteria
Persons who have retired from Govt. service on attaining the age of superannuation and below the age of 65 years having good service records and are physically fit shall be eligible.
Persons against whom departmental proceedings or criminal cases or vigilance cases are contemplated/ pending or who have been penalised for misconduct during the period preceding five years will not be eligible.
No person having more than one spouse living shall be eligible.
